Sea + Steam Sauna is located on a popular promenade in Saundersfoot, if you would like a quieter session we recommend booking the early morning sessions. Evenings can be quieter depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
Private Session – This is exclusively for your use, for up to 6 people.
Shared Session – These are available for aybody to book on to.
Booking – as part of the payment process you will complete a waiver. If you are booking on behalf of others, they will also need to complete a waiver.Â

The wood used in the sauna is sourced from family run businesses within 10 miles of Saundersfoot.
