Welcome to Sea + Steam.

Sea + Steam is a Mobile Woodfired Sauna located in the seaside village of Saundersfoot in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Saundersfoot is a little village with a big heart, full of local businesses and a friendly community. The sauna is situated in the centre of the village, overlooking the award winning blue flagged beach, giving you a wonderful view of the sea, all whilst the steam works its magic! 

Whether you’re in search of peaceful solitude, group adventure or quality time with friends or family we provide something for everyone, that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. The sauna with built in changing area for your convenience is available in 25 minute and 50 minute slots for either a shared sauna session or as a private session where you can rent the whole 6-person sauna just for yourself and your friends and family. 

Saunas have been used all over the world for centuries and are great for physical and mental health. We look forward to offering this wellbeing facility to the community and visitors of Saundersfoot, where you can relax and enjoy the benefits. Beautiful views across to Monkstone Point and Worms Head in the Gower can be enjoyed through the large picture window. Open all year round, the sauna is ideal for relaxing, connecting with friends and family, or for simply savouring a peaceful moment come rain or shine.
