We, Bryony and Kerry are two local ladies who live in Saundersfoot and are passionate about connecting people with nature and the health benefits of a sauna.
By day, Bryony works with schools across Pembrokeshire taking children into the outdoors. Kerry is a mum of two, who has worked as a chef on super yachts and recognises that small details can make a big difference. Our friendship started when we met at a wellbeing event and the spark of an idea began!Â
We both love living in Saundersfoot a village that is well known for its successful coastal and sporting events. There are many community groups that ensure Saundersfoot continues to be a beautiful and vibrant place for all to enjoy. We are excited to join to the array of local businesses on the Trust Port Harbour that has developed over the last few years and bring a sauna for locals and visitors all year round.Â

Sea + Steam are supporting Saundersfoot Harbour to improve biodiversity in the area through planting projects and installing bird boxes.
The wood used in the sauna is sourced from family run businesses within 10 miles of Saundersfoot.
Sea + Steam are passionate about the environment. The lights in the sauna are charged by solar panel and we bank sustainably.
We are officially permitted to be in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
